MEET 

Lindsey Luebchow

Lindsey Luebchow is an education non-profit leader dedicated to building a more equitable education system for children with the least access to opportunity. She has spent nearly two decades working across policy, law, and school design and operations to drive systemic change in public education. Most recently, Lindsey served as a member of the founding team at The Primary School in East Palo Alto, a pioneering organization that integrates early education, health care, and family support. As VP of Strategy, Partnerships, and Advancement, she led the organization's growth and partnerships strategy, policy and advocacy efforts, fundraising, and public systems work, helping develop the model and expand its reach and impact. Prior to The Primary School, Lindsey served as an attorney and advisor for a large charter management organization in New York City. She also worked at the U.S. Department of Education on civil rights monitoring and federal program development, and began her career as a policy analyst for a think tank in Washington D.C. Lindsey holds a BA in Public Policy Studies from Duke University and a JD from Yale Law School.
